Is this true? Is this true? Why am I doing sit-ups?!

to get stronger and speed up your metabolism ^ 

doing sit-ups will increase the muscle in your stomach area (give you visible stomach muscles, if you eat properly and include cardio!) and by increasing your body’s overall muscle mass, they will in-turn increase your metabolism! more muscle = faster metabolism! :)
